Refunds/Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a product you have purchased from us. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

If any product you purchase from us is not fit for its usual purpose or of acceptable quality (through no fault of your own), or you have simply changed your mind we will gladly exchange it, refund it or can arrange for it to be repaired.

When returning your purchase please bring your original receipt. Where possible please return the product in its original packaging.

Delivery Policy

CFCC aims to delivery items purchased online within two weeks of receipt of an order.

We aim to get products to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia.

The processing of orders by CFCC and deliveries by Australia Post are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. There is no weekend delivery service. At peak times or if items are out of stock delivery times may take longer.

During the "wet season" deliveries into Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In this event, deliveries may take longer than our usual timeframes.

Delivery is free for orders of $100 or more (excluding items classified as Big and Bulky) to metropolitan areas in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong, Perth & Sydney.

Postage is calculated according to the weight of the item and in line with Australia Post pricing.
